Same-visit relief
Most emergencies are stabilized in a single visit — re-implantation, root canal initiation, crown re-cement, temporary repair, or extraction.
Serving the whole lake — prompt emergency care from a Mooresville office that's within about twenty minutes of nearly every shore. Same-day appointments often available.
Lake Norman isn't a town. It's a thirty-three-mile inland sea with a dozen towns wrapped around its shore, each with its own personality — Mooresville to the north, Davidson and Cornelius to the south, Huntersville further south still, Denver on the western side, Troutman to the north, the smaller communities tucked in between.
From any of them, the drive to our front door is generally under twenty-five minutes. Often it's under fifteen. That's part of what makes us a sensible answer when an emergency happens at a lake house, on a dock, or in a kitchen on a Sunday morning.
A lot of Lake Norman dentistry is, frankly, spread thin. Some practices are technically closer to one shore but require a long detour around the lake from another. Some are good for routine work but don't have the equipment or hours for real urgent care. We tried to build something different — a single, full-service practice that's geographically central to the lake and structurally set up to handle emergencies the day they happen.
If you live on the lake — full-time or for weekends — having a local emergency dentist on speed dial is one of those quietly useful things. Add us.
Severe toothache, knocked-out tooth, broken or cracked tooth, lost crown or filling, dental abscess, soft-tissue injuries, wisdom-tooth flare-ups, and pediatric emergencies — all handled in our office. For the full breakdown of each situation and step-by-step first aid, see our emergency dentistry pillar page.

CBCT and digital sensors let us see fractures and infections that conventional x-rays miss — critical when time matters.
English and Spanish. We can verify benefits and walk you through cost estimates in either language before treatment begins.
Emergencies and routine work both, under one roof. Bilingual team. Most major dental insurance accepted, including the plans most common to lake-area employers and the residents who work in Charlotte or Statesville. CBCT 3D imaging on site, which means fractures and infections that elude conventional x-rays show up immediately.
Open parking, wheelchair accessible, and a front desk that picks up. Worth noting because surprisingly few practices in the region clear all three.
